After graduating from Buford High, Jordan studied business at a Georgia public university and built a 20-year career managing operations and budgets for local companies. He later founded a Buford-based services firm that prioritizes hiring local talent, internships for high school students, and second-chance opportunities for returning citizens. That experience taught him how to balance a budget, deliver projects on time, and treat customers and employees with respect.

Jordan has coached youth sports, chaired a neighborhood association, and served on a civic advisory group focused on traffic safety near schools. He has worked alongside faith leaders and neighborhood volunteers on food drives, park cleanups, and back-to-school supply events.
